When you book, enquire or contact us, we may collect your name, contact details (email, phone, address), nationality and identification details, payment information, stay preferences, and details of your reservation. Where you browse this website, we collect limited technical data such as your IP address and device information.
We process your personal data to manage reservations and your stay, process payments, respond to enquiries, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including immigration and tax requirements), and — where you have consented — to send you offers and updates. Providing certain data is mandatory to complete a booking; without it we may be unable to confirm your reservation.
We may disclose your data to service providers acting on our behalf (payment processors, IT and booking platforms), and to government or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

These terms govern your use of this website and any booking made with Brisdale International Sdn Bhd [Company No. 1993010105564 (265301-K)]. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to them.
Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee a booking. We may pre-authorise or charge a deposit at the time of reservation in accordance with the rate conditions selected.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are shown at the time of reservation. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or amended. A no-show may be charged up to the full value of the stay.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 12pm. Guests must present valid identification at check-in as required by Malaysian law. We may refuse or terminate a stay for unlawful conduct, and guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brisdale is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of valuables not deposited with reception. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
